STBBI is an acronym that stands for “sexually transmitted and blood borne infections.” These include all infections that can be contracted during sexual activity (anal, vaginal, or oral sex) and via blood-to-blood contact, such as via non-sterile equipment for tattoos or piercings, or even via sharing certain drug paraphernalia.
